Positive: Location and the accomodation were excellent. A beautiful home that certainly met our needs.
Negative: The gardens are dying with weeds that meet you. This is not very inviting.

Positive: The location was great. The different zones in the house were great. Very spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfy and showers had good water pressure
Negative: The kitchen is a little under equipped, it at least needs platters and bowls, baking trays/casserole dishes and tongs. More tea towels.
The outside weeding is in desperate need. Foot high 'Feature' thistles all through driveway and outdoor area. Was not a great first impression, however, the inside of the house was spic and span.
