Great position with everything nearby

Disappointing especially the inadequate and broken cooling systems
Positive: Location
Negative: The ceiling fan in bedroom was not working and was not fixed although it was reported to the owners.
The air-conditioning was of limited effectiveness. This was a big problem because of the very hot weather during our stay and was very problematic at night particularly in the bedroom with the broken ceiling fan.
The coffee machine was broken and not working.

It’s a very clean house with great location walking distance to the CBD, overall good
Positive: Very clean and great location
Negative: Some light maintenance required, like a couple of switches were not functioning, and bath tub drain stopper didn’t work well
Good to know
