Disappointing especially the inadequate and broken cooling systems Positive: Location Negative: The ceiling fan in bedroom was not working and was not fixed although it was reported to the owners. The air-conditioning was of limited effectiveness. This was a big problem because of the very hot weather during our stay and was very problematic at night particularly in the bedroom with the broken ceiling fan. The coffee machine was broken and not working.

It’s a very clean house with great location walking distance to the CBD, overall good Positive: Very clean and great location Negative: Some light maintenance required, like a couple of switches were not functioning, and bath tub drain stopper didn’t work well

Very relaxed stay & walk into town via local cafes or parks. Positive: Location , clean & ample space - so close to cafes plus parks down the road were beautiful. Negative: Shower water pressure system in master bedroom very slow & dated but otherwise bathrooms lovely & clean

Positive: Perfect location for what we wanted

Cozy apartment close to everything. Positive: Located in a great location. Seriously a 60 second walk to cafe's, heaps of food close by, and the parks are only a 5 minute walk. In November 5 minute walk to The Adelaide Valio 500. Liked the fact if I wanted I could have a pet. It was very clean and welcoming. Smaller than expected by cozy. Upstairs bedroom and ensuite are great. Nice little courtyard off garage and bedroom. Like the fact we can use washing machine. Negative: Downstairs beds are a bit hard and need better blinds Downstairs. Downstairs showerhead needs cleaning or replacing. A little high in price for what it is but I guess location location.
