Great stay, will return. Positive: Great location, close to the mall, the zoo and botanical gardens. Check in was easy and the parking was easy to access. Negative: No free to air channels on the TV in the main bedroom, only available on the TV in the lounge room.

Great spot to stay Positive: The location was great, the apartment was clean and the double bed was nice and comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and stove top to cook some light meals when we wanted to. Having the car parking included was great for us as we were holidaying from the country, so needed somewhere to park the car safely.

The communication with the host was exc The only minor concern was the shower head could be better

The place is in the heart of city and close to restaurants, cafes, shopping etc. Positive: Good place in the city. Walkable to shops, restaurants, shopping etc. Negative: Just 2 things: The Shower & The Parking. Apart from that the place is good. The Shower - i felt like i was showering under a kitchen tap. The water pressure was so bad. The hot water didn’t last too long but there was a note inside the lift that there was an issue for the whole building about the hot water system. So not their fault. The Parking - I was asked to drop off the door key in the locker downstairs but was asked to leave the car pass key on the kitchen table inside the apartment. The car parking is in the next building, so to get the car first when checking out and park it in front of the building and get my bags down and leave the car parking pass in the room was a bit of a hassle. I initially didn’t get any parking in front of the building (limited parking permit there) but was lucky someone left. If I didn’t get that spot then could have been a longer hassle. Not ideal when you are catching a flight. Would have been easier to drop the door pass and car pass key in the locker downstairs rather than going up and leaving it in the kitchen table.

The apartment is value for money, location is good and the host is very friendly. Positive: The location is near by Rundle Mall, very convenient. The host is very friendly, frequently checking with us whether we need assistance. We were allowed to check in early. Negative: It was a little bit noisy on late Friday and Saturday night.
