Great weekend staycation Positive: Size and building amenities, great modern apartment. Negative: The recliners in the main room unfortunately were not working, only a minor issue

Great place to stay Positive: Very neat tidy and comfortable with beautiful facilities. Negative: We have a large car so car parking is very small and a bit of a squeeze to get in.

City escape Positive: Lovely apartment, clean, modern and had everything we needed. Easy to access, great location for walking to points of interest around the city and we enjoyed having the Cafe downstairs. Communication from host was very helpful. If the 4th bed/3rd bedroom was more accessible, it would have been even better. Would definitely look to stay here again.

What a great venue to base a trip with Friends to Adelaide. Positive: The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and very well fitted out. It was close enough to everything we wanted it to be but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre. The Cafe and IGA either side of the Building Lobby were a bonus. My contact and communitcations with John at KinsCoin was easy, polite and informative. I will be looking to book the same apartment when i am next in Adelaide. Negative: There was nothing related to this apartment, or our stay, that wasnt liked or didnt meet our expectations...
