Great stay close to the CBD and restaurants on King William Road
Positive: Location was outstanding, close to restaurants, supermarket and CBD. House was comfortable with excellent air conditioning which coped well with the 40 degree days we experienced in January. Arrival was smooth with good communication.
Negative: A very minor request , a few more plates and smaller cereal bowls would have been handy.

Positive: It had an excellent heating system which was appreciated this winter stay. I presume the aircon would be effective too.

Nice location with a short walk restaurants, cafes and shops
Positive: Great location and value for $$
Negative: Carpet was a bit worn, the bedrooms had minimal furniture
