Positive: Secure Parking Location Spacious Living Area

Great location with great potential for a true luxury experience. Positive: Great location with spectacular views and spacious. Negative: The property was basic and lacked some essentials eg hand soap, toilet paper and tissues which were eventually delivered the day before we left. The property has terrific potential for a more luxury experience eg. Cushions on the lounge and occasional chairs, placemats for dining in, a second television in the master bedroom (provisions exist for a power and aerial connection), clothes hangers in the master bedroom, furniture in the entry area to drop keys, bags, hats etc, better quality, unstained and coordinated linen, noise reduction in the ensuite (to avoid experience aircraft-like noise all night and day), better cleaning in showers to remove mould in grout lines, removing hand smears from sliding doors, remove spider webs from outdoor area, repair and mount blind rather than leave blind on the floor along slide sliding door.

Pleasantly surprised by the unit - size & location were fantastic. Had a really lovely stay. Positive: Location, views, size of the unit. Contained everything we needed for our stay. IGA downstairs was handy and Caves coastal bar and restaurant just down the road. Negative: Only minor. The unit was clean but we felt it could do with a deep clean and freshen up.

Overall pretty happy with everything. Positive: It was good location, with easy access to stores, restuarants etc Was very impressed with the basics that were provided. Kitchen had all the basics for cooking including variety of condiments. Laundry detergent was provided as well for washing. Negative: Check in timing was little confusing as i received an email to confirm my arrival. I had confirmed 12 but apparently it was meant to be 3. However property was still not ready at 3. Cleaner needed another hour so it was a little waste of time for us.

Pleasant Positive: The location is outstanding with easy access to the beach, coffee shop, IGA and small community shops such as the local butcher, hairdresser and pub. Negative: Not having two sets of keys
